Jack Ryan
Managing Director
Jack Ryan has been with LTech since 2008, when he came on board to deliver operations for cloud deployments. Jack now runs all operations, including Sales and Customer Support. Jack helped create LTech's Google Apps Reseller and Pilot Integration programs, and has managed LTech's delivery team through many successful implementations. Prior to LTech, Jack served as the Director of Product Management and Development at BioSpace, the leading online community for life science careers, news and other resources.

Russ Young
Executive Vice President
Russ Young has been helping LTech remain a Preferred Google Partner since the inception of Google's Enterprise products, providing highly sophisticated Google Apps solutions and Google Search Appliance installations to clients. Russ specializes in creating and executing strategic business initiatives, as well as administering innovative IT solutions for Google's suite of productivity tools. Russ earned his B.A. degree in Biology at DePauw University.

Chris Bassolino
Director of Marketing and Product Management
As the Marketing Director for LTech, Chris implements highly optimized advertising campaigns to help LTech achieve success with their search marketing efforts. Prior to LTech, Chris worked as a senior web technologist for Zentropy Partners, helping clients such as Dean & DeLuca and Brooks Brothers develop online commerce sites. In 2002 Chris began consulting with clients to improve their web marketing and search engine strategies. Chris graduated Cum Laude from the University of Hartford.

Bryan Rygiel
Google Apps Deployment Engineer/Project Manager
The second person in the world to become a Google Certified Deployment Specialist, Bryan Rygiel has been a Google Apps Deployment Engineer/Project Manager for LTech since April of 2010. In addition to passing the Google Apps Certified Deployment Specialist exam, Bryan has also earned his ITIL v2/v3 Foundations Certifications, PMI's PMP certification, and various Lotus Notes/Domino certifications from R3 through R6.
After graduating summa cum laude from DeSales University in 2007, Bryan proceeded to earn his MBA from Lehigh University in January of 2010. His resume includes IT work at companies such as AT&T, Ernst & Young, Siemens, Chase Manhattan Bank, and BASF. In addition to migrating legacy Lotus Notes/Domino clients to Google Apps for LTech, Bryan also teaches undergraduate classes at DeSales University and Penn State University at night.

Brian McNamara
Deployment Manager
Brian McNamara joined LTech in July of 2010 as a Google Apps Deployment Engineer, yet was recently promoted to Deployment Manager. Self described as a technical generalist who enjoys working on “the new,” Brian is a Google Apps Certified Deployment Specialist, as well as Sun Certified System Administrator (Solaris 10). Among other tasks, he is responsible for providing advanced support to LTech's Google Apps deployment team, designing and supporting customer IaaS deployments using Amazon Web Services, assisting in product development, and fostering relationships with vendors. Brian graduated from Villanova University with a BS in International Business in 1997.

Chad Hensler
Vice President of Sales
After four years of successfully exceeding sales quotas, securing competitive advantages, and motivating his sales teams, Chad was recently promoted from Director of Sales to Vice President of Sales. With over 15 years of sales and leadership experience in internet technologies, Chad has held Vice President of Business Development positions at BioSpace, Careeer Innovations, and American Youth Enterprise prior to joining LTech.

Susan Cline
Director of Training and Change Management
One of the leading Google Apps Trainers in North America, Susan Cline has worked on hundreds of enterprise, educational and non-profit Google Apps deployments. Before Susan joined LTech in October 2011, she worked at Google where she was responsible for developing the original eLearning material for Enterprise Google Apps clients.
Susan is passionate about developing and delivering organizational training, change management and adoption solutions for organizations that are moving to Google Apps. She is the author of a series of Google Apps courses for the Lynda.com Online Training Library on the subjects of Google Docs, Google Mail and Google Calendar. She also writes a weekly column in TechRepublic's Google In the Enterprise blog.
