By using some of the premier tools in both cloud and traditional services monitoring, alerting, change management, and altering we provide you with the missing layer of support you are looking for in the world of true Infrastructure as a Service.
At CloudManage, we look at Amazon Web Services as not only a great service for scalable events, large batch processing, testing, development, hosting, and the countless other specific services it provides, but also as a true Data Center fully capable of housing your entire application and enterprise stack.
CloudManage consists of the following functions:
Deployment or Porting
We take the traditional "lift and shift" or "P to V" concepts and use them in a new way by either moving your existing applications and servers to the cloud, or building out new infrastructure for a greenfield application in the cloud. With a proven track record of architecting, designing, deploying, and testing, we believe there is no environment we can't build or move in the cloud, while giving the customer all the added benefits of the cloud operational model.
Monitoring
By using only the best tools in both the traditional managed service industry and the cloud management market, we are able to monitor all layers of the infrastructure from application down to server level. Because we only utilize cloud infrastructure, we are uniquely able to produce and architect scalable events for you on an on-demand basis automatically as architected.
Alerts
CloudManage uses the traditional alerting system you would expect from any managed service, providing full escalation from Tier 1 to Tier 4 using the same procedures you are accustomed to - from Severity Levels to call trees. We want to make you feel comfortable with a service that you know and trust.
Backup and Disaster Recovery
CloudManage follows Amazon Web Services best practices for backup and recovery, using its massive storage and redundancy capabilities, while implementing another layer of on-premise storage as requested. By using Amazon Web Services as our data center, we are able to provide a level of Disaster Recovery almost unattainable in the traditional model.
Service Desk
As a customer of CloudManage, you will receive a support phone number that will be answered by a member of our Service Desk at any hour of any day, ready to help you with any Tier 1 issue you might be having. Escalation will be done through our ticketing system with a full Service Level Agreement in place as to our required response and resolution time.
